Presenter Rose Jackson-Beavers and Reverend Jermine Alberty will discuss ways to understand the signs and symptoms of various mental health issues. They will also provide mental health tips. Rose Jackson Beavers has a vast amount of experience presenting about this topic in African American Communities. Rose and her co-author have also written books on the topic. Their latest book is entitled “Bottled Up Inside: African Americans, Teens and Depression." This presentation will include a question and answer segment at the end.
