Eye Thrive will be providing free, on-site vision screenings, eye exams and prescription glasses to eligible children age four through 12th grade with a completed permission form signed by a parent/guardian. The initial vision screening identifies possible vision impairment, and will be offered from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Children that are identified as having possible vision concerns during this screening will then receive a full eye exam with an optometrist and receive prescription glasses, if needed, on-board the Mobile Vision Clinic from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Permission forms may be picked up at any SLCL location or online at www.slcl.org/eyecare. Special precautions and screenings will be in place due to COVID-19.
